Ziwahatan’s innovation plan to power Oregon’s future.
From Ideas to Intellectual Property
Oregon, USA – Unlike many campaign promises, Ziwahatan’s blueprint rests on intellectual property already secured. His patents cover technologies ranging from FireDrones, autonomous wildfire suppression units, to AtmosClean, a large-scale air purification system, to OmniDots, a non-addictive pain relief breakthrough that could redefine opioid recovery. Other filings target energy redistribution, climate adaptation, and orbital resource recovery.
“These aren’t thought experiments,” Ziwahatan said. “They’re patent-protected systems with trillion-dollar global market potential. My plan is to root Oregon’s prosperity in ideas we own, not taxes we raise.”
Omnithion: Oregon’s Innovation Engine
Founded by Ziwahatan, Omnithion has rapidly shifted from a biotech venture to a full-scale intellectual property think tank, focused on civilization-level solutions. The company’s portfolio , which he calls Oregon’s “innovation treasury” , is designed to generate recurring state revenue through licensing, royalties, and sovereign ownership of breakthrough technologies.
“Oregon can lead the world in wildfire safety, clean air, and health innovation,” Ziwahatan said. “Instead of chasing corporations for tax dollars, we can make them pay Oregon royalties to use our inventions.”
In an unprecedented move, Ziwahatan formally offered the State of Oregon a 49% equity stake in his entire intellectual property portfolio , a proposal he says would guarantee billions in shared long-term value for the public.
“I didn’t just talk about partnership , I put it on the table,” Ziwahatan remarked. “Nearly half the portfolio, representing trillions in potential global value, was offered to the people of Oregon.”
A Candidate Who Invents Solutions
Ziwahatan’s candidacy is built on merging policy with invention. He argues that governments often react too slowly to crises , a wildfire spreading, an opioid death toll rising, an environmental system collapsing. His answer: embed innovation into governance itself.
“We can build a state that prevents disaster instead of managing collapse,” Ziwahatan explained. “Omnithion’s patents give Oregon the tools. My campaign gives us the political will to deploy them.”
Equity, Leadership, and Legacy
As Chief of the Sakochee Tribe of Native American Descendants, Ziwahatan expanded its membership to more than 100,000. As an entrepreneur, he has designed intellectual property portfolios valued in the trillions over the long term. Now, as the first openly gay Independent candidate for Governor of Oregon, he seeks to tie Oregon’s future to a model that could inspire other states.
“This isn’t just about Oregon,” he said. “If we prove a tax-free, innovation-powered economy here, we set the standard for America. That’s how you change history , by showing what’s possible, not just talking about it.”
